Procedure & Documents required

1. Application Form (Download)
2. Affix 2 Passport Size Photographs
3. Photocopy of Marks Cards / Result Sheets of all 6 Semesters (Attested by the Principal)
4. No Due Certificate from the college
5. Fees for Migration Certificate (Demand Draft (DD) in favour of the Finance Officer Bengaluru City University , Bengaluru).
6. Documents (Hard Copy) should be submitted to the University.
