Our Institution is governed by the Society of Sisters of St.Annes-Madras and permanently affiliated to Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru. The Institution has a Governing Body, Governing Council and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Bengaluru City University Act. It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Government from time to time.
The Institution comes under “Self-Financed” category; therefore financial transactions are audited by the private auditors. The Institute has different Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the in the campus. All the cells or committees of the institutions are under Statutory Bodies.
